About the Role
A construction roadway foreman
supervises daily road construction, maintenance, and repair operations, managing crews of equipment operators and laborers. They plan daily work, ensure safety compliance, inspect work quality, maintain equipment, and oversee tasks like removal and grading.
Responsibilities

Supervision: Leading crews, training new employees, and evaluating performance.

Planning: Scheduling daily tasks and ensuring necessary materials and machinery are available.

Safety & Compliance: Conducting safety meetings, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to traffic control standards.

Operational Work: Participating in, or supervising, the operation of heavy machinery.
